- We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in their original condition.
- Customised/embroidered items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Shipping fees for returns/exchanges are not covered by Jeanious unless the item is faulty.
How to Request a Return/Exchange
- Email us at jeanious@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- We’ll provide instructions for sending your item back.
- Once received, we’ll process your exchange or refund within 7 working days.
