Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in their original condition.
Customised/embroidered items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Shipping fees for returns/exchanges are not covered by Jeanious unless the item is faulty.
How to Request a Return/Exchange
Email us at jeanious@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
We’ll provide instructions for sending your item back.
Once received, we’ll process your exchange or refund within 7 working days.

Standard Shipping (Singapore): 3–5 working days after dispatch – $3.50 flat rate.
Free Shipping for orders over $50.
Currently, we only ship within Singapore.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Self-Collection (Optional)
Available at Ngee Ann Polytechnic during donation drives or pop-up events: free of charge.
Select “Self-Collection” at checkout and we’ll contact you with collection details.
