Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in their original condition.

Customised/embroidered items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Shipping fees for returns/exchanges are not covered by Jeanious unless the item is faulty.
